eLibraryUSA is a digital library provided by the Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow, offering free access to a wide range of fiction and non-fiction ebooks, audiobooks, and digital magazines through OverDrive, a leading U.S. digital reading platform. The collection includes nearly 10,000 ebooks and audiobooks, as well as over 5,000 magazines, all available for simultaneous use. Titles may be browsed, borrowed, and accessed on mobile devices, e-readers, or computers, enabling convenient and unlimited learning from anywhere.
How to Subscribe to eLibraryUSA
Step 1: Submit the eLibraryUSA Sign-Up Form
Provide your interest to subscribe to eLibraryUSA through this application form.
Step 2: Complete a Short Online Training
After you submit the form, you will receive an automated email within seven days inviting you to complete a brief online training. The training includes:
- A short video tutorial
- The eLibraryUSA Terms of Use
- A short online quiz
Step 3: Receive Access
Once you complete the training, you will automatically receive:
- Your eLibraryUSA login credentials, which you can use to access your account via the eLibraryUSA Login Page
- A certificate of completion
Please note that eLibraryUSA accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared. Accounts cannot be issued to partner institutions such as libraries, schools, universities, or NGOs.
